Quality Assurance - Video Game Tester

are working on an extremely high profile, multi-platform project that is soon
to be announced and need great people with good heads on their shoulders
to help us make a great product.
As a
QA Tester, you will be responsible for testing our latest game. You will
need to perform regression testing, verify claimed fixed bugs and enter
data into bug tracking system.
We are looking for responsible, dependable candidates who have an
attention to detail, outstanding work ethic with excellent verbal and
written communication skills.
And if

BART just south of Market in downtown San Francisco.

44 Studios been around for a while now (since 1998) so we pretty much
know how to build a fantastic product; we just need more people to help
us do it. Our client list includes
the likes of Activision, Disney, Electronic Arts, HP, Microsoft and
Sony. P44 developed titles that
have reached the retail shelves include Tony Hawk’s Proving Ground
for Wii and PS2, Tony Hawk’s Project 8, Godfather: Mob Wars,
Gretzky NHL 2005 & 2006 for PS2 and PSP, the EA Sports Big hit
"Freekstyle", and EA Sports' NHL 2001 and SuperCross 2001.
Requirements:
·
Completing a daily review of the game
·
Testing and playing through certain aspects of the game as
directed by a production or a lead tester
·
Creating and updating bugs using the online bug database
·
Light physical activity may be required, as the game supports the
Wii Remote and Dance Pads
Desired Skills:
- Knowledge of video games
"rhythm based games in particular" is preferred
- Previous test experience
preferred
- Video game industry
experience preferred
- Bachelors Degree or
equivalent desirable
Qualifications
·
Please be at least 18 years old with a High School Diploma
·
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
